HR Business Partner - employee relations (Knoxville, TN)

Silverline Beacon Water Authority Group is a public water utility serving the Knoxville area, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our employee relations. Crews and office staff work closely together. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on treatment plant data. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with treatment plant data. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Knoxville. • We reply to every applicant.
