HR Business Partner - employee relations (Knoxville, TN)

Nova Loom Staffing is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on employee relations for candidate screening, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 279 people based in Knoxville. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on candidate screening. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with candidate screening. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Knoxville. • We reply to every applicant.
