HR Business Partner - employee relations (Kansas City, MO)

Clearpath Glen Civic Services supports public agencies in Kansas City with budgeting, records and programmes, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our employee relations. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on constituent requests. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with constituent requests. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Kansas City. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
