HR Business Partner - employee relations (Kansas City, MO)

We are growing our team at Harborlight Ivory Inspection Services and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be employee relations. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on test reports. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with test reports. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Kansas City. • We reply to every applicant.
