HR Business Partner - employee relations (Kansas City, MO)

Bluepeak Umber Legal Group is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on employee relations for intake forms, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 29 people based in Kansas City. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on intake forms. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with intake forms. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Kansas City. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
