HR Business Partner - employee relations (Jacksonville, FL)

Redstone Kestrel Pharma develops and makes medicines in Jacksonville. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on employee relations. People move between science and operations roles. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on regulatory filings. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with regulatory filings. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Jacksonville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
