HR Business Partner - employee relations (Jacksonville, FL)

We are growing our team at Highbridge Haven Learning Group and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be employee relations. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Jacksonville. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on family communication. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with family communication. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Jacksonville, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
