HR Business Partner - employee relations (Jacksonville, FL)

Ironwood Linden Health runs clinics and patient services around Jacksonville, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our employee relations. Clinicians and administrators work side by side. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on patient scheduling. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with patient scheduling. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Jacksonville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
