HR Business Partner - employee relations (Jacksonville, FL)

Bright Maple Early Learning operates neighbourhood childcare around Jacksonville, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our employee relations. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on enrolment. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with enrolment. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Jacksonville. • We reply to every applicant.
