HR Business Partner - employee relations (Jacksonville, FL)

We are growing our team at Lumen Fox Auto Group and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be employee relations. Service hours are steady. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on parts orders. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with parts orders. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Jacksonville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
