HR Business Partner - employee relations (Jacksonville, FL)

Nova River Property Management Group is a Jacksonville property manager with leasing, maintenance and resident services, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our employee relations. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Jacksonville. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on vendor invoices. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with vendor invoices. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Jacksonville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
