HR Business Partner - employee relations (Jacksonville, FL)

Silverline Bridge Freight Group moves freight for manufacturers and retailers out of Jacksonville. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on employee relations. We reward reliability. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on carrier rates. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with carrier rates. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Jacksonville, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
