HR Business Partner - employee relations (Jacksonville, FL)

We are growing our team at Nova Glen Facilities and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be employee relations. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Jacksonville. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on customer sites. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with customer sites. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Jacksonville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
