HR Business Partner - employee relations (Jacksonville, FL)

Lumen Ashton Legal Group provides legal services in Jacksonville across employment, housing and small-business law, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our employee relations. People here care about clients, not just cases. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on billing records. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with billing records. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Jacksonville, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
