HR Business Partner - employee relations (Jacksonville, FL)

Highbridge Basin Legal Group is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on employee relations for client files, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Confidentiality and accuracy are taken very seriously. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on client files. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with client files. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Jacksonville. • We reply to every applicant.
