HR Business Partner - employee relations (Jacksonville, FL)

We are growing our team at Foxglove Quarry Transit Planning and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be employee relations. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on service alerts. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with service alerts. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Jacksonville, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
