HR Business Partner - employee relations (Jacksonville, FL)

Highbridge North Early Learning operates neighbourhood childcare around Jacksonville, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our employee relations. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on tuition and subsidies. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with tuition and subsidies. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Jacksonville, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
