HR Business Partner - employee relations (Jacksonville, FL)

We are growing our team at Clearpath Drift Foods Group and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be employee relations. Food safety is non-negotiable and we train for it. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on allergen controls. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with allergen controls. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Jacksonville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
