HR Business Partner - employee relations (Jacksonville, FL)

Harborlight Kestrel Community Partners is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on employee relations for donor records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on donor records. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with donor records. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Jacksonville, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
