HR Business Partner - employee relations (Jacksonville, FL)

We are growing our team at Fernwood Willow Property Management and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be employee relations. Residents are neighbours, not numbers. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on rent collection. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with rent collection. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Jacksonville, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
