HR Business Partner - employee relations (Jacksonville, FL)

Nova Keystone Telecom is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on employee relations for outage reports, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 23 people based in Jacksonville. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on outage reports. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with outage reports. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Jacksonville, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
