HR Business Partner - employee relations (Jacksonville, FL)

Cedar Ember Markets serves neighbourhoods around Jacksonville with fresh food and everyday goods. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on employee relations. You would join a small organisation of about 94 people based in Jacksonville. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on store inventory. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with store inventory. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Jacksonville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
