HR Business Partner - employee relations (Indianapolis, IN)

Ironwood Lantern Auto Group is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on employee relations for customer estimates, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Technicians are respected and trained. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on customer estimates. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with customer estimates. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Indianapolis. • We reply to every applicant.
