HR Business Partner - employee relations (Indianapolis, IN)

We are growing our team at Amberfield Oak Inspection Services and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be employee relations. You would join a large organisation of about 232 people based in Indianapolis. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on equipment calibration. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with equipment calibration. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Indianapolis. • We reply to every applicant.
