HR Business Partner - employee relations (Indianapolis, IN)

Clearpath Bright Press Group is a printer and publisher in Indianapolis serving local and national clients. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on employee relations. You would join a small organisation of about 100 people based in Indianapolis. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on paper stock. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with paper stock. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Indianapolis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
