HR Business Partner - employee relations (Indianapolis, IN)

Stonegate Junction Water Authority Group operates treatment plants and pipelines around Indianapolis, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our employee relations. Safety and public health guide our decisions. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on pipe repairs. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with pipe repairs. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Indianapolis. • We reply to every applicant.
