HR Business Partner - employee relations (Houston, TX)

Stonegate Lantern Property Management Group manages apartment communities around Houston. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on employee relations. You would join a large organisation of about 413 people based in Houston. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on resident events. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with resident events. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Houston. • We reply to every applicant.
