HR Business Partner - employee relations (Houston, TX)

Silverline Corner Learning Group runs classrooms and tutoring across the Houston area. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on employee relations. You would join a small organisation of about 60 people based in Houston. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on student accounts. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with student accounts. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Houston. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
