HR Business Partner - employee relations (Houston, TX)

We are growing our team at Bright Vista Staffing and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be employee relations. Recruiters here keep in touch with people long after placement. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on onboarding. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with onboarding. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Houston, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
