HR Business Partner - employee relations (Houston, TX)

Highbridge Cobalt Auto Group serves drivers and dealerships across the Houston region, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our employee relations. Technicians are respected and trained. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on customer estimates. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with customer estimates. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Houston. • We reply to every applicant.
