HR Business Partner - employee relations (Honolulu, HI)

Harborlight Juniper Foods Group is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on employee relations for production batches, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Shifts are steady and overtime is planned. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on production batches. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with production batches. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Honolulu. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
