HR Business Partner - employee relations (Honolulu, HI)

We are growing our team at Highbridge Lantern Property Management and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be employee relations. Residents are neighbours, not numbers. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on resident events. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with resident events. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Honolulu. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
