HR Business Partner - employee relations (Honolulu, HI)

Highbridge Orchard Farms Group is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on employee relations for grower contracts, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 348 people based in Honolulu. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on grower contracts. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with grower contracts. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Honolulu. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
