HR Business Partner - employee relations (Honolulu, HI)

Highbridge Amber Auto Group serves drivers and dealerships across the Honolulu region. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on employee relations. Service hours are steady. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on parts orders. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with parts orders. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Honolulu. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
