HR Business Partner - employee relations (Honolulu, HI)

Northwind Ivory Banking Services is a community-focused bank in Honolulu serving households and small businesses. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on employee relations. You would join a small organisation of about 59 people based in Honolulu. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on card disputes. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with card disputes. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Honolulu, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
