HR Business Partner - employee relations (Honolulu, HI)

Silverline Cedar Inspection Services provides independent inspection and testing for industry across Honolulu, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our employee relations. You would join a large organisation of about 643 people based in Honolulu. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on test reports. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with test reports. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Honolulu. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
