HR Business Partner - employee relations (Honolulu, HI)

We are growing our team at Silverline Summit Auto Group and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be employee relations. Technicians are respected and trained. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on parts orders. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with parts orders. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Honolulu. • We reply to every applicant.
