HR Business Partner - employee relations (Honolulu, HI)

Northwind Fox Construction is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on employee relations for project schedules, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 504 people based in Honolulu. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on project schedules. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with project schedules. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Honolulu. • We reply to every applicant.
