HR Business Partner - employee relations (Honolulu, HI)

Harborlight Quill Legal Group provides legal services in Honolulu across employment, housing and small-business law. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on employee relations. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Honolulu. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on trust accounts. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with trust accounts. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Honolulu. • We reply to every applicant.
