HR Business Partner - employee relations (Hartford, CT)

Lumen Clear Telecom Group is a telecommunications provider in Hartford focused on reliable home and business connections. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on employee relations. You would join a small organisation of about 36 people based in Hartford. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on outage reports. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with outage reports. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Hartford. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
