HR Business Partner - employee relations (Hartford, CT)

Amberfield Sable Staffing Group is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on employee relations for client orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We are in the people business and act like it. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on client orders. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with client orders. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Hartford, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
