HR Business Partner - employee relations (Hartford, CT)

Rivermark Beacon Financial is a financial-services company in Hartford. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on employee relations. Trust is the product, so accuracy and clarity matter. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on account servicing. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with account servicing.
