HR Business Partner - employee relations (Hartford, CT)

Silverline Mill Transit Planning Group helps transport agencies around Hartford design routes and schedules, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our employee relations. You would join a small organisation of about 19 people based in Hartford. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on route schedules. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with route schedules. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Hartford. • We reply to every applicant.
