HR Business Partner - employee relations (Hartford, CT)

Northwind Sable Early Learning Group is an early-learning provider in Hartford, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our employee relations. Children come first and so does looking after the teachers. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on licensing records. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with licensing records. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Hartford, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
