HR Business Partner - employee relations (Hartford, CT)

We are growing our team at Redstone Keystone Telecom and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be employee relations. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Hartford. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on outage reports. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with outage reports. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Hartford. • We reply to every applicant.
