HR Business Partner - employee relations (Grand Rapids, MI)

Summit Glen Foods is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on employee relations for customer specifications, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 551 people based in Grand Rapids. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on customer specifications. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct.
