HR Business Partner - employee relations (Fresno, CA)

Rivermark Wren Hospitality is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on employee relations for supplier orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Fresno. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on supplier orders. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with supplier orders. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Fresno. • We reply to every applicant.
