HR Business Partner - employee relations (Fresno, CA)

Stonegate Ivory Transit Planning Group is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on employee relations for ridership counts, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on ridership counts. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with ridership counts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Fresno. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
