HR Business Partner - employee relations (Fresno, CA)

Redstone Orchard Transit Planning is a transit-planning firm in Fresno working with agencies and riders, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our employee relations. You would join a small organisation of about 198 people based in Fresno. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on route schedules. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with route schedules. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Fresno. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
