HR Business Partner - employee relations (Fresno, CA)

Foxglove Sable Community Partners Group is a nonprofit in Fresno supporting families with food, housing and job help, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our employee relations. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Fresno. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on client intake. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with client intake. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Fresno. • We reply to every applicant.
